If, heaven forbid, you have a complaint, we’d love you to put it in writing and either email it to email@example.com or post it to us at PO Box 1883, Newcastle 2300. But please feel free to call as well. Having it in writing just clarifies things for everyone and we can help you more directly.

- The complaint
- The name of the lender
- The account number
- The approximate date the loan was settled
- Desired outcome
We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your complaint. Once we have spoken with you, we will do all we can to fix things! If it can’t be done immediately, we will keep you in the loop at all times as we work towards a satisfactory resolution. And please call us if you are concerned at any stage.
