What do our brokers do?

We put together transactions between borrowers and lenders to make sure our clients are getting the very best loan. We know the market inside-out so we get the greatest info and bag fantabulous deals.

And we can cruise the whole lovely array of lender because we don’t work for the bank! We work for our clients! And that means we’ll choose the deal that’s right for you, NOT the one that’s right for the bank!

Why use a broker? Why not go straight to the bank?

Apart from the fact that we’re much better looking than your bank manager, we can give you choice! Your bank guy can only offer what his bank has! But we work with more than 40 lenders so you’re going to get a better deal.

We help you:

  • Understand what’s going on – we’ll deal with the bank for you and talk to you in plain English, instead of financial jargon that means nothing to you!
  • Save time – we’ll do all the legwork for you so you can put your feet up with a Pina Colada
  • With gathering intel – we know the market and we like sharing!

How do brokers get paid?

We’re paid directly by the lenders once you’ve got your dosh. We get an upfront payment, then a small monthly trail so we can look after you in our very special way. But if you want to know more, just ask! We don’t bite (not hard anyway).

Can brokers contact your bank on your behalf?

Yes! We can! You just have to sign a lovely little agreement with us, and we can talk to the men in suits for you.
